Coach Dill boasts 13 years of coaching experience across all age levels, from recreational leagues to elite travel programs in Softball. His expertise spans the full spectrum of skill development, nurturing athletes from their foundational steps to advanced levels. He specializes in fostering a positive, encouraging environment that leads to athletic and personal growth both on and off the field. Coach Dill prides himself on effective positive communication. Coach Chris Dill was our daughter's first ever softball coach, introducing her to the sport as a 5th grader with Redmond Little League in 2019. His knowledge, passion, and patience elevated our daughter's skills and also ignited her love for fastpitch. Chris has a unique way of encouraging each player to help them grow both athletically and personally. While providing individualized coaching, Chris also fosters teamwork and sportsmanship. We are deeply grateful for the positive and lasting impact Chris has made on our daughter Simone, who continues to love playing select and high school softball.
